Price<\/h2>

The final price of a drilled well depends on the depth of the well and the depth to the surface soil, which unfortunately cannot be known in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

However, our water guarantee begins after 120 meters of drilling unless water has already occurred earlier during drilling, which provides a maximum limit on our customer’s costs.<\/span><\/p>

Rock drilling<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0: On average 60-120m. Drilling is priced per meter. Drilling is only carried out until the required water output is achieved. At 120 meters, our service starts providing a water guarantee to the customer. At 120 meters, a so-called pressure splitting is performed if the water output has not been sufficient during drilling. Surface soil protection pipe: Steel pipe (+plastic pipe), which is installed up to solid rock. In southern Finland, most commonly 3-6m.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Pump<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0: A submersible pump that is installed according to the well’s water yield, water level height, pressure tank placement, and intended use. A well with a low yield requires a more efficient pump than a shallower well. The most commonly installed pumps are 3-phase pumps, but in properties where there is no 3-phase option – a 1-phase pump can also be installed. A high-quality pump can last for many decades with proper maintenance.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Pressure tank<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0: The water system needs a pressure tank to function, which, as the name suggests, produces the necessary pressure in the water system. The pressure tank is installed either in a maintenance well or inside the building. The pressure switch of the pressure tank needs an electrical connection that is connected to the water pump.<\/span><\/p>

Electrical connection<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0: The electrical connection required for the pump, including the motor protection switch, is handled by the customer’s electrician. A protective well (+secret drainage) protects the water pipes, electrical connections and any pressure tank in the well from surface water and freezing.
